Bottle Data Import Template

Download the CSV template below, fill in your bottle data, and send it back to us. We'll handle the import into our database. Only Name, Brand, and Category are required — fill in as much or as little as you have.

Tips for filling out the template

Open the CSV in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet app — keep it as CSV when saving.
Delete the example row before submitting — it's just there to show formatting.
Use TRUE / FALSE (all caps) for boolean fields like Straight, Bottled in Bond, etc.
For multiple finish casks or blend components, separate values with a semicolon (;).
Leave any unknown fields blank — don't put "N/A" or "Unknown".
One row per SKU / bottle size variant.
